Although Indiana military schools do follow military style regimes, they do not demean students and do not treat them as if they were nothing at all. Instead, they help to build up the self esteem and encourage progression within a disciplined environment. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time. It is simply down to the teachers there to ensure that they learn from them in a positive way.

Another of the Indiana military schools that deserves scrutiny is the suggestion that only troubled teens go there so your teen would be worse off. In fact, that is not true. The admissions process is much better than it used to be and all potential enrolees are assessed to ensure that they will be able to fall into line without upsetting the balance in the classroom. As such, they could actually do far more good for teens than they are given credit for.
