Christian Brothers Academy (CBA) is a private, Christian, college-preparatory military school located in 12 Airline Drive, Albany, New York, United States. It was founded in 1859 by the De La Salle Brothers as a pay school to support the original institution Orphan Asylum for Boys.

In 1869, the school became part of the University of the State of New York and a brass band was incorporated at the school. In 1892, military training was adopted into the curriculum and the Civil War Zouave uniform was used. Over the years, the school outgrew its facilities and each time, it relocated to a larger site. Eventually, the De La Salle Brothers moved the school to its present location at the town of Colonie on Airline Drive, Albany.

As a college-preparatory military school, Christian Brothers Academy is known for its rigorous academic and military training. Equally known is the school's athletic programs; Christian Brothers Academy's athletic program is classified by Section II as Class AA. The school participates in the Big Ten Athletic Conference under the guidelines of Section II and the New York State Public High School Athletic Association.

Christian Brothers Academy values leadership training through the JROTC program. Students are required to participate in the JROTC and develop themselves into becoming better followers and better leaders through leadership training. Through military training and exercise, aspects such as personal fitness, determination, leadership, team work, self-discipline and management skills are learned and which will serve well upon graduation.

Christian Brothers Academy is accredited by the New York State Board of Regents, the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, and the high school JROTC program, and as an Honor Unit with Distinction by the United States Department of the Army.
