Their leadership program for women or the Virginia Women’s Institute for Leadership is organized under a military structure and setting. They hope to build future military leaders as well as civilian services through their female Corps of Cadets. The school does not only provide extensive physical training, co-curricular activities, and leadership practice but also provides the students with a thorough academic learning.
